We were stuck indoors during corona virus lock down. The room was too small for all those hours but the staff was great

All in all, good hotel, clean and very helpful and acommodating staff. Great location. SPA facilities nice. For the price, in terms of value for money, would have expected toiletries, water, room in fridge for personnal condements.

I often choose the Mercure Paris Opéra Garnier Hôtel & Spa when I visit Paris for business. The location is great and the hotel is well maintained overall. I guess it's also a perfect location when you visit Paris for Leisure.

Nice hotel staff clean facilities but room was very small for two people. However as a well travelled person this room was suitable for 1 even though it was a double for 2.

Great location on a fairly quiet street in downtown Paris

Great location close to numerous public transport options and friendly staff at check-in, breakfast and the cleaning staff. My room was smaller than expected, but I guess this is central Paris where space is at a premium. The lobby seems to have been recently renovated and is a good place to meet friends/colleagues for a quick drink. My only issue was the temperature of the room, which was really really hot, with no ability to bring it down using the in-room thermostat (which was constantly around 26C). I had to leave the window open in the morning to let in the cold winter air! Apart from that, I was satisfied with my stay and will consider staying here again for business trips to Paris.

this was my worst stay of the past two years. My first room was tiny, that it not a big issue as long as you have no work on your laptop. There was no real desk in the room. During the night the real problem arrived in the sense that the AC was not working and it was 27 degrees in my room. I moved to another room the next day, this room had a working AC however was the darkest room I have been in for a long time. The light plan needs to be addressed!

Business trip. I stay regularly at this hotel as it's convenient and reliable. €200 for a standard single room is getting slightly expensive though

I thought the attention to details is not as good as other Mercure hotels. I was staying several nights for example and the water bottle was not changed. The breakfast room is also too small for the number of guests. As an aside, i have to book the hotel myself to receive points rather than use my company travel agent egencia, otherwise I don't get points, but prices are similar. I don't understand your policy and you will lose me as a customer ultimately.

The hotel was fine for our 3 night stay - and is within walking distance of many of Paris' best sights. My wife and I are just sorry that the bedroom itself, not the bed, was rather small and apparently the only room with a window looking onto a blank, internal shaft. Staff were all very agreeable and helpful.

Pros: * quiet * bed Cons: * WiFi quality – really poor, especially in the evening * towels – thin, used and with holes! * shower – I practically had to be on the wall to get some water on me! * stairs – I stayed for 7 nights (hinting at a large luggage) and I was given a room only accessible through narrow stairs
