« An easy holiday for the family with plenty to do when required, and options to relax »

THIS WAs our first holiday to Bali and the whole family enjoyed it. The staff were friendly, great food and great spa. The only negative was I booked a 2 bed apartment and it turned out to be 2 seperate rooms joined at the entrance which would be great for families with older children but not ideal for younger children like ours. Everything else was great.

« We had a good experience staying in Novotel Bali Nusa Dua with the family. »

We spent 7 days in Novotel Bali Nusa Dua with the family and can describe our experience as a good value for money we paid. We opted for a Holiday Package which included transfers, breakfast, several discount options for food and beverages, spa sessions and complimentary dinner, drinks and massages, which was a great offer. The service of the front desk and restaurant staff was great and accommodating. The hotel amenities and rooms, however, need refreshing including the furniture. The breakfast buffet provision needs variety, it is the same each day. Masseurs in the In Balance spa have different experience levels: there should be consistency in the quality and training. Experience at the Beach club was positive and we enjoyed a good service. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would be able to recommend Novotel Bali Nusa Dua to friends and consider returning to the hotel.

Breakfast was terrible my room had the worse smell in it house keeping was spraying it with perfume but even that didn't help stayed in a 2 bedroom villa wasnt happy with resort facilities at all will not be coming back to Novotel

I have been coming to the Novotel for a while now and it always seems to amaze me. We had a great time. The private beach is amazing, and the beach burger there is the best burger I ever have. Every staff member is so lovely and happy. The Pause cafe as well is delicious. Can not wait to go back

« A not so Accor experience »

We were on a family holiday and had initial 3 days stay at Fairmont, Singapore before to Bali for a week. It was a Forgettable stay with the hotel nowhere near the standards set by Accor at various properties. The front desk staff were least cooperative and we felt unwelcome. And if you are a vegetarian..god help you. Though the pool is good and location is ok..we can have better service at same price..forgettable stay...not going again

For the price and the size of the room, i think it is really a great deal. Only thing i don't like about the place is the way the pool area is designed....it breaks up the pool area into two sections which is kinda of strange and there are a few paths going into the pool area making it a long trip every time just to get into the area (especially with kids).
