Room is nice enough although the lighting is not that good. The staff at check in we’re not that helpful and didn’t offer any advice or suggestions, for example they didn’t tell us we could buy a discounted ticket to Chantilly Castle

All the staff were helpful and friendly which was nice. The meal and staff at the restaurant were lovely. However, on arrival to our room there was a very bad odeur coming from the bathroom which was quiet unpleasant and stayed for the entire trip. As there was only one Nespresso capsule in the room, my husband asked the lady that cleans the rooms for a couple of new ones and she gave him USED capsules from a dirty bag. We spoke to the lady that was responsible the room, showed her the used capsules we had been given and she replaced them with new ones. On arriving back to our room after breakfast there was a cigarette but on the terrace so we wonder if one of the cleaning ladies had been smoking and thrown the cigarette but on the terrace or if there was someone in a room next to us that had thrown it over on our terrace. HYGIENE today should be essential with all the health issues at the moment. So the used Nespresso capsules we were given and the cigarette but we find totally unacceptable. I realise that you are renovating at the moment so the smell in the bathroom hopefully will disappear when everything is renewed but again unpleasant. Once again the staff were very pleasant and hopefully we will stay again, but I think the Mercure chain in general now is not as good as it has been in the past.

Overall a great experience. From a location standpoint it is very nice and peaceful. Alternatively, it is a fair distance from town so it is not as easy to get to other restaurant and services. If the hotel had a shuttle instead of having to order taxis that may work well (it is possible there was a shuttle and I did not realize it).

We arrived from the US before noon. Our room was ready. It was situated at the back of the hotel with view on the golf course.

Great hotel, spacious rooms, very good breakfast buffet. Only the bathtub was a bit difficult to get into it. When I am 70 years old, I cannot get into it I believe. other than that all great! Normal bookings I do via the Accor website, I am a gold member, but price was 180 EUR and I could book a room via booking.com for 129 EUR incl. breakfast.

I spend one night here for a business trip. I appreciate the hotel building and furniture. The restaurant provide good food and service, staff is kind. I used the gym and I found that it's definitely below the overall quality of the hotel.

Good rooms, good lobby, well located, quiet. Good food at the restaurant. The Spa, swimming pool, fitness is not at the level I expect from this type of hotel. Old, small, no staff, lack of towels & changing cabinet. Only one shower in the changing room... Some staff very nice, some not so nice

Very beautiful hotel with a quick and easy check in The room was sized well and with a nice view Breakfast was ok However the Wifi did not work on Saturday, until we left at all. And when I asked the reason for one of the Hotel’s employees I’ve heard “we are in the middle of a forest”. Totally BS.

Very nice place in an old building that need a smal renovation. The Swimmingpool inside isn't up to date anymore, but also many "litle corner" arn't state of the art anymore. A litle refrechment (painting, ...) would be nice.
